However, my iPhone 6 Plus is less than a year old and one OS later, it’s acting like… well, in the absence of an analogy, really slow.Īnyway, I hope Apple will fix this on the phone because when you touch the screen, you should get a response, especially on the last generation iPhone. How can one company put desktop operating system out that that actually makes my 2010 Macbook Pro fly while iOS 9 is choking my iPhone 6 Plus with lag? The old MacBook Pro is still running a 7200 rpm spinning HDD and it’s so much faster than Mavericks or Yosemite. ![]() The difference is pretty obvious and the limitations of iOS are such that no one would be able to work on a Mac limited by the iOS functionality. ![]() ![]() Recently Tim Cook said at BoxWorks that Apple has no intention of blending the two operating systems (OS X and iOS), and for that I am grateful. ![]()
